I had a look at the source code:
gerdami - Visit Handbook en Français - Rate this howto:import-simple-excel-tables-into-wikidot up!
Is this still working? It does not appear to work on my test site.
No, it's not. It looks like the player leiger is linking to no longer exists (http://www.odeo.com/flash/audio_player_standard_gray.swf). Plus, he re-worked his domain name and blog so the links are broken. RobElliott made a nice MP3 player that uses an XML playlist file around the same time leiger created this CSI (even though peiterh submitted this, it's leiger's code).
Shane will probably see this and may have a fix he can apply.

Ad Ed mentioned, it is no longer working. It seems that odeo hasn't just modified their website, but they don't offer the media player at all any longer.
I'll fix the links on this page, but I'd suggest finding an alternative media player for now.
Personally I don't like how bulky Rob's solution is, but if you want to play multiple files then it's probably the best solution.

I'd rather forgotten that mp3 player. I developed it in flex3 which wasn't the easiest of tools to use but could produce some nice results. I'll see if I can come up with a newer, less bulky solution (not with flex3) that plays multiple files.

I've been using the Yahoo Media Player on my company's (non-Wikidot) site for over a year. It works quite well. They have 2 versions — the original that just plays audio files and the newer (beta) version that plays both audio and video files.
What's really cool is that it automatically detects and audio/video links on the page that it can play, creates a playlist of the files and inserts a small "play" button in front of the link. The player itself slides out from the bottom left corner of the page and is very unobtrusive.
You can see it in action here (audio links) and here (video links).
The only downside to using it with Wikidot is that it's javascript driven so the code and the links to the A/V files have to be placed in a HTML block. The script won't handle any links that are outside of the iframe created by the HTML block.
I was thinking of adding a wish for direct support of this. Maybe giving us the option to enable it on a site-by-site basis under 3rd Party Tools in Site Manager would be a good way to enable it. Any thoughts from you guys before I make a formal wish for this? Wikidot has been reluctant to implement any new javascript options, but since they already user Yahoo's TabView, maybe we've got a shot at this one.
